Call2Sale is headed by our steadfast CEO, who looks after everyone and everything :)

This is the heart of Call2Sale. Our most important department. This is where we are in contact with our customers, helping to solve their problems.

It provides assistance and resolves crises. It acts as our in-house helpdesk and is responsible for the smooth running of CRM systems. It helps us plan and organise the work of consultants on a daily basis.

Training is an important element of Call2Sale's activities. Here we monitor the quality and help continuously improve our consultants' sales skills. The Call Centre can always count on receiving adequate support. The Quality and Training Department provides solutions, suggests the best sales techniques and looks after our results.

This is where everyone starts their adventure with Call2Sale. HR is primarily responsible for the recruitment and induction of new employees. It also cares about the comfort of our work and oversees the development of our careers and competencies.

This “back office” makes Call2Sale run smoothly. It ensures that every customer receives their order and is provided with positive customer service.

I had no experience when I came here and I was so stressed about that.
Completely unnecessarily, as it turned out. I had a whole series of training courses, coaching and team support. Now, after six months in my post, I feel completely at ease. Another aspect of the job I really enjoy are the available perks – I often take advantage of the healthcare cover because of my allergies. So, I can say that I'm more than happy with my job.
I could be described as middle-aged, and I always associated the work of a consultant with young people.
Our team shows great diversity. The young are a breath of fresh air, and the old have life experience. We get along without any problems and there are no generational conflicts. The work itself is also very rewarding.
When I arrived in Poland 5 years ago, I had no knowledge of the Polish language.
I found language learning quite slow-going, which didn't help in my job seeking. Chancing upon Call2Sale was a real stroke of luck. I can converse freely with customers in Spanish and thanks to my colleagues, I have also mastered the Polish language. Now I feel at home here.
Above all, I value my job for the ability to work remotely.
I have two children, so I find it much easier to cope with all my professional and household duties when I work from home. Remote working is very important to me.
I needed a change from the rigid corporate world to something more human.
And this is exactly what this job gives me. I don't feel under pressure, as our bosses know there is more to life than work. Such a relaxed approach makes my work a pleasure rather than a chore. I actually feel more motivated and keen to deliver. So it's a plus for me!
On arriving in Poland, I wasn't sure what to do next.
A friend of mine sent me a link to a job advert. I started to feel keen to get this job already at the recruitment level. I succeeded, and I've been one of the Call2Sale team members for over a year.
I spent my first year working as a consultant in the call centre.
My leader saw the progress I was making, and I often received positive feedback. That made me feel fantastic and gave me additional motivation to try harder. One year later I was promoted, and now I am a leader of one of the teams myself. It's wonderful that everyone here gets the chance to develop and grow. What's important – there is no hierarchy here, we all play on the same team.
I met some amazing people!
When you arrive from another country, making new friends can be quite a challenge. This job not only allows me to earn well, but it also gives me the ability to talk to new people and make new friends. A well-knit team and friendly bosses – what's not to like?

Of course. We place great emphasis on the training of new employees. Our focus is on providing you with support, showing you how to achieve success in sales and giving you valuable advice right from the start. On joining our team, you are guaranteed initial training (onboarding).
Later on, our training team will also offer you a wide choice of training courses – ones relating to products, competencies and managerial skills. Or even individual coaching.

For your convenience, the working schedule is set in advance for the entire month. You can ask the Team Leader to choose specific working hours for you, so that your work does not clash with your life, studies and passions, and you and your team can work in comfort.

Yes! We all know that it’s not always possible to work on a full-time basis. That is why with us you can work shorter hours.
The minimum is 80 hours a month.
