Call2Sale is made up of positive people who share a common passion – sales. Our company is always on the lookout for unique solutions and is not interested in rigid frameworks. Everyone is sure to find a place for themselves at Call2Sale!

The Call2Sale team is open to everyone – both young and old. It doesn't matter if you're GenZ or Generation X. It makes no difference what nationality you are and whether you prefer wearing a suit, loose jeans or a tracksuit.

We are all part of one group, but we operate in teams that support each other.

Here is our structure:

  • Call2Sale is headed by our steadfast CEO, who looks after everyone and everything :)

  • This is the heart of Call2Sale. Our most important department. This is where we are in contact with our customers, helping to solve their problems.

  • It provides assistance and resolves crises. It acts as our in-house helpdesk and is responsible for the smooth running of CRM systems. It helps us plan and organise the work of consultants on a daily basis.

  • Training is an important element of Call2Sale's activities. Here we monitor the quality and help continuously improve our consultants' sales skills. The Call Centre can always count on receiving adequate support. The Quality and Training Department provides solutions, suggests the best sales techniques and looks after our results.

  • This is where everyone starts their adventure with Call2Sale. HR is primarily responsible for the recruitment and induction of new employees. It also cares about the comfort of our work and oversees the development of our careers and competencies.

  • This “back office” makes Call2Sale run smoothly. It ensures that every customer receives their order and is provided with positive customer service.

  • You have several options to choose from:

  • No! What matters is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Our trainers will prepare you and give you the necessary advice. You can count on our support and excellent training workshops 🙂

  • Of course. We know that not everyone is comfortable working in an office. If you live outside Warsaw or even Poland, you can work with us from the comfort of your own home.

  • Although we don’t operate in markets with English as the official language, English is often used internally by members of international teams when communicating with each other.

  • There is a choice of 3 types of cooperation:

    • Contract for service
    • Contract to produce a work
    • B2B contract
  • Of course. We place great emphasis on the training of new employees. Our focus is on providing you with support, showing you how to achieve success in sales and giving you valuable advice right from the start. On joining our team, you are guaranteed initial training (onboarding).

    Later on, our training team will also offer you a wide choice of training courses – ones relating to products, competencies and managerial skills. Or even individual coaching.

  • In a nutshell, there are 5 stages. We will study your CV diligently; we will contact you to arrange a meeting, and after the interview, we will make a decision on possible cooperation. Would you like to know more? Click HERE

  • For your convenience, the working schedule is set in advance for the entire month. You can ask the Team Leader to choose specific working hours for you, so that your work does not clash with your life, studies and passions, and you and your team can work in comfort.

  • Yes! We all know that it’s not always possible to work on a full-time basis. That is why with us you can work shorter hours.

    The minimum is 80 hours a month.
