Sales coach

For our Quality departmen, we are looking for a Sales Trainer:

Requirements

Min. 2 years of experience as an internal trainer in sales structures (experience in the Call Center is welcome)
Experience in conducting product, sales and incentive training
Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for designing training in this area
Sales experience (practical knowledge of the seller's role)
Knowledge of English at the C1/C2 level
Practical experience in applying online training solutions
Passion in sharing knowledge and helping people to develop
Passion for training

Planning and building training programs and tools
Conducting initial training as part of the program of introducing new people in the organization
Analyzing sales results and obtaining information on training needs
Conducting sales, product and quality training for consultants from the Polish and foreign markets (in Polish and English)
Conducting coaching in order to raise sales and quality indicators
Creation of training materials, textbooks, etc.
Development of training methods through the use of modern solutions in order to increase their effectiveness
Active support of Team Leaders and Call Center consultants
